NOVELTY - Light response friction nano-generator with charge transfer limiting layer has a first substrate (1), a positive friction layer (2), a negative friction layer (3), an electrode layer (5) and a second substrate (7). A charge transfer limiting layer (4) is arranged between the negative friction layer and the electrode layer. The charge transfer limiting layer is a mixed nano-layer of reduced graphene oxide and silver for capturing and limiting interface charges. USE - The light response friction nano-generator is useful in mechanical, electrical, optical, acoustic, hydrology and mechanical energy of low amplitude. ADVANTAGE - The method broadens the triboelectric polarity and improves the electrical output characteristics of the TENG by controlling the interface charge.
