USE - Graphene composite meltblown cloth used for recycling and using high filterability, and used for air purifiers. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite meltblown cloth has excellent purification function, enhances the filtering efficiency, reduces the particles, bacteria, viruses and other toxic and harmful substances contained in the inhalation environment, increases the service life of the product, has an antibacterial function, which can kill bacteria adsorbed on the filter, and reduces toxic and harmful substances in indoor and car environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene composite meltblown cloth, which involves: (A) weighing all raw materials in proportion; (B) grounding the polypropylene masterbatch to obtain polypropylene powder; (C) mixing the polypropylene powder with graphene material powder, surfactants, and additives, and stirring uniformly through a stirrer; (D) adding the mixture to a screw extruder and melting, through the melt filter into the spinneret, under the action of high-pressure hot air flow, the melt is stretched to form ultra-fine filaments; (E) cooling and solidifying under the action of the outside cold air; (F) collecting the fibers on the drum receiver to form a graphene polypropylene melt blown filter; (G) using an opener to open and card the polypropylene staple fiber to form a fiber web; (H) cross-folding the fiber web and the melt blown filter screen; (I) performing pre-spunlace treatment to obtain a spunlace non-woven fabric web; (J) spunlacing the composite spunlace nonwoven web, and the fibers are entangling with each other after treatment; and (K) forming a composite filter meltblown spunlace non-woven fabric.
