NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene material involves: (1) mixing under inert gas atmosphere, graphite and alkali metal, pumping vacuum to 10-1000 Pa, and then to 200-1000 degrees C heat treatment for 12-120 hours; (2) taking obtained alkali metal and graphite layer, adding water according to solid-liquid ratio of 1 g:10-100 ml to molten ion liquid, stirring uniformly, 2-10 kW power ultrasonic treating to obtain graphene suspension; and (3) filtering graphene suspension, taking residue by filtration, washing with organic solvent, and then with deionized water until washing liquid is neutral, and drying. USE - For preparation of graphene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides complete, single layer, high rate, good dispersibility graphene material sheet structure; is simple, low cost and high efficiency efficiency; and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene material, involves: (1) mixing under an inert gas atmosphere, the graphite and alkali metal according to mol. ratio of 1-5:1 in seal container, pumping the vacuum to 10-1000 Pa, and then to 200-1000 degrees C heat treatment for 12-120 hours to obtain alkali metal and graphite layer; (2) taking alkali metal and graphite layer, adding water according to solid-liquid ratio of 1 g:10-100 ml to molten ion liquid, stirring uniformly into ultrasonic pulverizer to 2-10 kW power ultrasonic treatment for 0.5-100 minutes to obtain graphene suspension; and (3) filtering the graphene suspension, taking residue by filtration, washing with organic solvent, and then repeatedly washing with deionized water until the washing liquid is neutral, and drying screenings to obtain graphene material.
