▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Copper-plated graphite powder in-situ growth helical carbon nanofiber prepared by (i) soaking copper-plated graphite powder in ethanol solution, soaking in deionized water, and drying, (ii) laying the sulfur powder uniformly on the graphite substrate, and pressing with a press, and (iii) placing the copper-plated graphite powder on the graphite substrate, placing the graphite substrate in a tube furnace, heating to 450-550degrees Celsius under a protective gas atmosphere, introducing acetylene, reacting for 20-60 minutes, and cooling to room temperature in a protective gas atmosphere, is claimed. The solid lubricant selects molybdenum disulfide or graphene and the release agent is zinc stearate. USE - The copper-plated graphite powder in-situ growth helical carbon nanofiber is useful in carbon brush and motor. ADVANTAGE - Thecarbon nanofiber has high strength, high conductivity, high temperature resistance, friction resistance and excellent performance, and effectively reduces the adding amount of copper and reduces noise.
