NOVELTY - The screen has a touch control electrode layer fixed with a transparent thin film photovoltaic battery that is fixed with a base plate. The touch control electrode layer is arranged with a light source that is fixed with an insulation layer. The transparent thin film photovoltaic battery is fixed with an n-type doped graphene layer and a p-type doped graphene layer that are connected to a control circuit through an electrode. The control circuit is connected with a light sensing unit. A transparent optical adhesive layer is selected from one of a silicon dioxide layer and an alumina layer.
