NOVELTY - Heat dissipation material with graphite film and graphene composite structure comprises a first graphene layer located on one end surface of the heat dissipation material, a second graphene layer, which corresponds to the first graphene layer, and it is located on the other end surface of the heat dissipation material, and a graphite film layer located between the first graphene layer and the second graphene layer in the form of interlayer. USE - Used as a heat dissipation material with graphite film and graphene composite structure. ADVANTAGE - The material has high heat dissipation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for implementing the heat dissipation material with graphite film and graphene composite structure, comprising either: the operation of bonding either by the metal material comprising (ia) installing the solid-state metal material layer between the graphite film layer and the adjacent graphene layer, (iia) bonding both the graphite film layer and the adjacent graphene layer in a close mode, serving the solid-state metal material as the material in the interlayer, (iiia) heating the adhered graphite film layer or adjacent graphene layer, and carrying out melting treatment for the solid-state metal material, and (iva) pressing and condensing both the graphite film layer and the graphene layer when at least part of the metal material is in the melting state to form a structure, which has the graphene layer formed on the end surface on the outermost side and is provided with the graphite film, or by the organic adhesive comprising (ib) installing a coating structure of the adhesive on at least one of both the graphite film layer and the adjacent graphene layer, (iib) bonding both the graphite film layer and the adjacent graphene layer in a close mode, where the adhesive is the material in the interlayer, and (iiib) pressing and fixing both the graphite film layer and the adjacent graphene layer to form a structure, which has the graphene layer formed on the end surface on the outermost side and it is provided with the graphite film; or (ic) taking the graphite film material as the graphite film layer, and the graphene material as the graphene layer, where the graphene layer is on the end surface of the outermost side, and (iic) overlapping, applying the pressure to enable adherence to each other to form a structure, which has the graphene layer formed on the end surface on the outermost side and is provided with the graphite film, or (id) taking upper and lower end surfaces of the heat dissipation material as the graphene material, taking the graphite film material having the size less than the size of the graphene material to serve as the interlayer of the graphene material, (iid) installing the graphite film material in the interlayer of the graphene material, maintaining the graphene material part on each side, and (iiid) fixing the graphene materials on the periphery of the graphite film material to form a structure surrounding the periphery.
