NOVELTY - A paint primer comprises epoxy resin component (A) comprising 601 epoxy resin (medium molecular weight bisphenol A-type solid epoxy resin), graphene, iron oxide red, flaky graphite powder, xylene, butanol, barium sulfate and BYK066N (RTM: solution of foam destroying polysiloxanes) and curing agent component (B) comprising modified fatty amine (T-31) phenalkamine curing agent, 2,4,6-tris-(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol (DMP-30) curing accelerator, xylene and butanol. USE - Paint primer for metal oil tanks. ADVANTAGE - The use of graphene in primer ensures excellent static conductivity. The oil-resistant heavy-duty anti-corrosive paint primer has excellent electrostatic conductivity and excellent mechanical properties due to static electricity-conducting property of graphene. The graphene meets performance and requirements of static conduction technology with less addition amount, the cost is reasonable and controllable, coating is conductive and resistant to oleic acid and has excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of paint primer which involves adding 601 epoxy resin with epoxy equivalent of 450-560 into dissolution kettle with xylene and butanol, stirring and dissolving into uniform viscous liquid at high speed, adding iron oxide red, flaky graphite powder, barium sulfate and BYK066N (RTM: solution of foam destroying polysiloxanes) to epoxy solution for 25 minutes, grinding, adding graphene for high-speed dispersion for 30 minutes and filter packaging to obtain graphene-containing epoxy resin A, adding T-31 phenalkamine curing agent, DMP-30 curing accelerator, xylene and butanol respectively into mixing tank and mixing in medium speed, and filling into plastic barrel, which is curing agent containing phenalkamine, adding finished component of curing agent component (B) to finished product of epoxy resin component (A) and mixing.
