▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of anti-humidity interference-resistant super-hydrophobic fabric-based pressure sensor comprises putting fabric substrate in deionized water, ultrasonicating in sodium hydroxide solution and deionized water mixture, taking out, naturally drying, soaking in conductive material solution, ultrasonicating, taking out, and drying to obtain conductive cotton fabric; and soaking in surface graft-modified nano-metal oxide particles dispersion, ultrasonicating for 0.5-30 minutes, taking out, washing with deionized water, oven drying to obtain super-hydrophobic conductive fabric, and connecting electrodes to surface of super-hydrophobic conductive fabric. USE - Method for manufacturing a super-hydrophobic fabric base pressure sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method improves sensor's conductivity and sensitivity, and protects the conductive layer from humidity interference which improves sensing stability of sensor under different using environments.
