NOVELTY - Preparing silane coupling agent modified graphene comprises: (a) adding graphite oxide and silane coupling agent with a mass ratio of 1:0.1-5 of into a reaction solvent, controlling the temperature to be 0-90 degrees C, stirring to react for 0.1-72 hours to obtain a silane coupling agent grafted graphite oxide; (b) adding this graphite oxide in step (a) into a reducing solvent, and adding a reducing agent, controlling the temperature to be 0-90 degrees C; and (c) pumping and filtering and washing the silane coupling agent grafted graphene solution in step (b). USE - The method is useful for preparing silane coupling agent modified graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is rapid and simple and easily to control with low reaction condition. The silane coupling agent modified graphene can be obtained without adding the catalyst or proceeding multi-step and complex reaction. The graphene has good compatibility with polymers, simple preparation and easily available raw materials. The product having relatively good dispersity in partial organic solvent can be widely applied for preparation of graphene modified polymers and new-pattern electrochemical electrode and in the fields of late-model optical and conductive materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing silane coupling agent modified graphene comprises: (a) adding graphite oxide and silane coupling agent with a mass ratio of 1:0.1-5 of into a reaction solvent, controlling the temperature to be 0-90 degrees C, stirring to react for 0.1-72 hours to obtain a silane coupling agent grafted graphite oxide; (b) adding this graphite oxide in step (a) into a reducing solvent, and adding a reducing agent, controlling the temperature to be 0-90 degrees C, stirring to react for 0.1-72 hours to obtain a silane coupling agent grafted graphene solution, in which the mass ratio of graphite oxide to reducing agent is 1:0.1-5.0; and (c) pumping and filtering and washing the silane coupling agent grafted graphene solution in step (b), or centrifuging and washing and drying to obtain a silane coupling agent modified graphene solid powder; the silane coupling agent of which is the siloxane corresponding to R-Si(OR1)3 or R-R2-Si(OR1)2; where R is hydrogen atom, methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, phenyl, cyclohexyl and vinyl, propenyl, aminopropyl, aminoethyl aminopropyl, sulfydryl propyl or aniline methyl; R1 is methyl or ethyl; and R2 is hydrogen atom, methyl or ethyl.
