NOVELTY - A pipe material contains 55-80 pts. wt. graphite powder, 15-22 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin, 8-10 pts. wt. graphene and 10-15 pts. wt. wear-resistant powder. The pipe material is prepared by weighing graphite powder, modified epoxy resin, graphene and wear-resistant powder and then uniformly mixing, crushing the mixture and then extruding, molding the mixture, and controlling temperature at 80-100 degrees C or 200-250 degrees C. USE - Pipe material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The pipe material has high heat transfer efficiency and excellent strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, tensile properties, mechanical properties and compressive performance.
