NOVELTY - The super capacitor made of pseudo-capacitor-based material has flexible substrate (4) that is arranged with anode electrode (2) covered with array transparent film (5) made of nickel hydroxide. The array transparent film is arranged with graphene layers (3,7) between which electrolyte layer (8) is arranged. A cathode electrode is arranged above the second graphene layer. Edges of anode electrode and cathode electrode are coated with ferrous hydroxide silver paste (6). USE - Solid-state super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The solid-state super capacitor having flexible and transparent structure is manufactured in improved and efficient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing solid-state super capacitor.
