NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene sheet involves dispersing graphite oxide to oleylamine using ultrasonic disperser, obtaining dispersed graphene oxide-oleylamine solution, adding titanium chloride, mixing uniformly, molding, obtaining sheet, drying the obtained sheet, performing heat treatment to induce high crystallization of the titanium dioxide, and deoxidation of the graphene oxide. USE - Manufacture of graphene sheet used as visible light-responsive photocatalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides graphene sheet, by a simple process.
