NOVELTY - Graphene-carbon fiber reinforced nylon complex wear-resistant material comprises nylon resin, carbon fiber, graphene-nylon 6 masterbatch, organic lubricants, inorganic solid lubricants, coupling agent and antioxidant. USE - The grapheme-carbon fiber reinforced nylon complex wear-resistant material is useful in lubricating bearing, textile, food, packaging machinery and medical equipment transmission gears or robotic joint bearing (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high strength, thermal conductivity, good self-lubricating property, staying quality and long service life. The method is simple and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-carbon fiber reinforced nylon complex wear-resistant material comprising: (1) mixing of inorganic solid lubricant with coupling agent to obtain a coupling inorganic solid lubricant; (2) mixing of grapheme-nylon 6 masterbatch, organic lubricant and coupling inorganic solid lubricant and antioxidant to obtain mixture of additives; (3) feeding of nylon resin and mixing additive into a twin-screw extruder continuously, adding carbon fiber to fiber inlet of the screw, extruding, drawstring, cooling, drying, cutting to obtain the product.
