▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Modified cationic dispersion rosin adhesive compound, comprises 70-75 pts. wt. rosin, 15-20 pts. wt. peach gum, 5-10 pts. wt. modified peach gum, 5-10 pts. wt. hydroxylated graphene, 15-20 pts. wt. gelatinized cationic starch, 5-10 pts. wt. auxiliary emulsifying agent, 5-10 pts. wt. stabilizing agent and deionized water, where the modified peach gum is maleic anhydride modified peach gum. USE - Used as modified cationic dispersion rosin adhesive compound. ADVANTAGE - The compound: has high chemical and mechanical stability and meet the requirement of industrial production and transportation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for modified cationic dispersion rosin adhesive compound comprising (i) placing the rosin, peach gum and modified peach gum in a closed reaction container, gradually heating to 180-200℃ and fully melting, (ii) fully mixing the gelatinized cationic starch, auxiliary emulsifying agent, stabilizer and water, preheating to 92-96℃ and completely adding the gelatinized cationic starch, auxiliary emulsifying agent, stabilizer and water into the molten mixture obtained in the resultant step, (iii) maintaining the constant temperature of the reaction system at 90-100℃, firstly stirring at a low speed for 10 minutes, then shearing at a high speed for 30 minutes and discharging, (iv) discharging the material through a homogenizer, cooling and passing through a 300-400 meshes filter screen to obtain the final product.
