NOVELTY - A modified graphene-reinforced magnesium-based metal material comprises 0.02-0.5 wt.% modified graphene, 5.9-11.2 wt.% copper, 1.2-4.6 wt.% silicon dioxide, 1.4-5.6 wt.% aluminum oxide, 1.3-7.8 wt.% carbon nanotube, 4.5-7.9 wt.% nickel, 1.3-3.8 wt.% titanium dioxide, 1.3-4.6 wt.% lanthanum oxide, and balance magnesium. USE - Modified graphene-reinforced magnesium-based metal material. ADVANTAGE - The material has improved tensile strength, elongation rate and other performance parameters of 11% compared to commercial grade alloy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified graphene-reinforced magnesium-based metal material comprising adding graphene into anhydrous ethanol at weight-volume ratio of 1: 15-25, putting in ball mill, uniformly dispersing, adding cationic surfactant, ultrasonically treating for 2-4 hours, placing in oven at 40-56 degrees C, removing anhydrous ethanol to obtain modified graphene, melting pure magnesium, adding modified graphene, heating at 680-760 degrees C for 30-65 minutes, adding copper, silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, carbon nanotube, nickel, titanium dioxide and lanthanum oxide, stirring at 760-780 degrees C, adding refining agent, refining, standing for 20-40 minutes, adding surfactant, heating at 700-720 degrees C, gravity casting, performing solution treatment, cooling and aging.
