NOVELTY - Production of aluminum frame comprises (A) mixing ingredients of the aluminum alloy to obtain aluminum profile frame, (B) adding the prepared aluminum alloy raw materials into smelting furnace, smelting into a liquid aluminum alloy, allowing to stand, refining, slagging, online degassing, filtering, melting the liquid aluminum alloy and casting into aluminum alloy cast rods, (C) homogenizing aluminum alloy cast rods in a homogenizing furnace, and cooling the aluminum alloy cast rods to room temperature by strong wind discharged from the furnace, (D) sawing and cutting the homogenized aluminum alloy cast rods into 1-1.2 m short aluminum alloy ingots, and using a lathe to turn the as-cast surface of the short aluminum alloy ingots to the thickness of the turning 8-10 mm, and (E) heating the aluminum alloy ingot to 450-460 degrees C, extruding at an extrusion speed of 5-6 m/minute, an extrusion ratio of 80-90, and a mold temperature of 430-440 degrees C. USE - The aluminum frame is useful for a high-durability LED electronic screen. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good resistance to ultraviolet rays, acid rain corrosion, high and low temperature resistance and other outdoor corrosion capabilities. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of an aluminum frame comprises (A) mixing ingredients of the aluminum alloy to obtain aluminum profile frame according to the weight percentage, (B) adding the prepared aluminum alloy raw materials into the smelting furnace, smelting into a liquid aluminum alloy, allowing to stand, refining, slagging, online degassing, filtering, melting the liquid aluminum alloy and casting into aluminum alloy cast rods, (C) homogenizing aluminum alloy cast rods in a homogenizing furnace, and cooling the aluminum alloy cast rods are cooled to room temperature by strong wind discharged from the furnace, (D) sawing and cutting the homogenized aluminum alloy cast rods into 1-1.2 m short aluminum alloy ingots, and using a lathe to turn the as-cast surface of the short aluminum alloy ingots to the thickness of the turning 8-10 mm, (E) heating the aluminum alloy ingot to 450-460 degrees C, extruding at an extrusion speed of 5-6 m/minute, an extrusion ratio of 80-90, and a mold temperature of 430-440 degrees C and then cooling to room temperature, (F) heating the extruded aluminum profile frame to 160-170 degrees C and age for 6-8 hours, and then cooling with the furnace, and (G) coating aluminum alloy coating on the surface of the aluminum profile frame and drying, where the aluminum alloy includes 0.03-0.15 wt.% silicon, 2.5-3.5 wt.% manganese, 0.2 -0.8 wt.% zinc, 1.5-2.2 wt.% magnesium, 0.15-0.85 wt.% copper, 0.18-0.25 wt.% titanium, 0.08-0.25 wt.% zirconium, and aluminum and unavoidable impurities (balance).
