▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing electrochemical immunosensor to detect antibiotic, comprises (a) preparing thionine graphene oxide mixed solution, (b) preparing silver-iron oxide-antibiotic antibody, and (c) preparing electrochemical immune sensor. USE - The method is useful for preparing electrochemical immunosensor, which is useful for detecting antibiotic including lactam, aminoglycoside, tetracycline and macrolide, where: the lactam is penicillin, amoxicillin, cloxacillin or dicloxacillin; aminoglycoside is streptomycin, gentamicin, kanamycin, spectinomycin, amikacin, neomycin, dihydrostreptomycin or tobramycin; tetracycline is oxytetracycline, aureomycin, doxycycline, minocycline or methacycline; and macrolide is erythromycin, spiramycin, lincomycin, clindamycin, oleandomycin, guitar neomycin or tylosin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method allows economical preparation of electrochemical immunosensor in an eco-friendly manner thus simply, efficiently and rapidly detecting the antibiotic with high sensitivity and specificity. The immunosensor is easy to operate.
