▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Continuous production of graphene thin film comprises (i) spraying graphene oxide solution on continuously moving metal foil, simultaneously heating metal foil such that the graphene oxide solution film forming at least partially reduction to obtain graphene oxide layer coated metal foil, the graphene oxide layer further contains graphene, (ii) continuously moving graphene oxide layer coated metal foil through the etching solution carrying out etching to obtain graphene oxide film and (iii) washing and drying continuously moving graphene oxide film and annealing completely. USE - The graphene thin film is useful for high-performance thermally conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film has good flexibility and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene thin film, having thermal conductivity 800-1300 W/(mK); and (2) continuous producing graphene thin film device, comprising first scroll, which is meant for releasing metal foil, coating machine, which is meant for graphene oxide solution spraying derived from the first scroll metal foil, first heating platform, which is meant for heating graphene oxide solution sprayed on metal foil, first glass groove, which is meant for etching solution containing etching from the heating platform first metal foil to obtain graphene oxide thin film, second glass groove, which is meant for containing cleaning liquid for cleaning from the first glass groove graphene oxide thin film, second heating platform, which is meant for taking from second glass groove graphene thin film by drying, high temperature furnace, which is meant heating second heating platform under argon gas, carrying out annealing to obtain graphene thin film, second scroll, which is meant for collecting graphene thin film from high temperature furnace, where the first roller and the second scroll rotate using metal foil, graphene oxide film and graphene thin film continuously moving and realizing continuous production of graphene thin film.
