NOVELTY - Preparing high-functional graphene diatomite composite material comprises preparing multi-layer graphene and the second and third grade diatomaceous earth by composite oxidation by hummer method graphene preparation process, washing product to neutrality and drying in a blast drying oven, and grinding into powder, (ii) dispersing the graphene diatomaceous earth composite material, ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes to obtain graphene diatomite composite material dispersion, (iii) mixing 1-2 pts. wt. latex powder, dispersing 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. cellulose in deionized water, and stirring, adding 20-30 pts. wt. graphite diatomite composite material dispersion, blending and stirring, and (iv) adding 40-57 pts. wt. heavy calcium powder, 15-20 pts. wt. gray calcium powder, and 2-5 pts. wt. photocatalytic material into the blend of step (iii), dispersing and stirring at high speed for 10 minutes, and preparing samples after defoaming. USE - The high-functional graphene diatomite composite material is useful for water treatment, air purification and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The material overcomes the technical problem that the multilayer graphene is difficult to separate and extract after oxidation, The integrated preparation of graphene loading on the surface of diatomaceous earth and purification of the second and third-level diatomaceous earth is realized. The purification efficiency of formaldehyde is higher than 95%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high-functional graphene diatomite composite material comprises preparing multi-layer graphene and the second and third grade diatomaceous earth by composite oxidation based on mass ratio of 1:1-100 by hummer method graphene preparation process, washing product to neutrality and drying in a blast drying oven at 45-60 degrees C to obtain graphene diatomite composite material, and grinding into powder, (ii) dispersing the graphene diatomaceous earth composite material, ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes under the condition of 100-200 watts to obtain graphene diatomite composite material dispersion, (iii) mixing 1-2 pts. wt. latex powder, dispersing 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. cellulose in deionized water, and stirring at high speed under 4000-5000 revolutions/minute for 5 minutes, adding 20-30 pts. wt. graphite diatomite composite material dispersion, blending and stirring for 5 minutes, and (iv) adding 40-57 pts. wt. heavy calcium powder, 15-20 pts. wt. gray calcium powder, and 2-5 pts. wt. photocatalytic material into the blend of step (iii), dispersing and stirring at high speed for 10 minutes, and preparing samples after defoaming.
