NOVELTY - A front silver paste comprises 85-90 pts. wt. silver micropowder, 5-10 pts. wt. silver nanopowder, 5-12 pts. wt. organic carrier, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, and 3-8 pts. wt. modified glass powder surface-coated with graphene and deposited with silver on the outermost layer. USE - Front silver paste is used for solar cells. ADVANTAGE - The front silver paste uses graphene to form a good ohmic contact at the interface. The silver layer coated on the graphene surface improves the wettability of silver powder and reduces the occurrence of interface holes during sintering of silver powder. The silver micropowder and silver nanopowder form a tighter packing structure during sintering, thus reducing pore generation. The modified glass powder and graphene play a synergistic role in reducing resistance and improving the electrical performance of solar cells.
