NOVELTY - The device has a sequentially arranged plate (1) fixed with a certain thickness from bottom to top, a medium material (2), a carbon vanadium plate (3), a top layer of the medium material and a pattern-shaped graphene layer (4) on the top layer, a small square and an outer frame on the outer frame, and a geometric-shaped graphite layer (5) are combined. USE - Wide and narrow band switchable terahertz wave-absorbing device for use in terahertz meta material design technology field. Uses include but are not limited to wireless communication, biological detection, imaging and sensing field. ADVANTAGE - The terahertz wave-absorbing device has wide and narrow band switchable wave absorber, which can be widely used for detecting, sensing, and stealth.
