NOVELTY - Biodegradable sports contusion health care patch comprises a degradable backing layer, a sodium polyacrylate adhesive layer coated on the surface of the degradable backing layer, and a substrate coated on the surface of the sodium polyacrylate adhesive layer. The substrate comprises a sustained-release gel component comprising 10-40% nano bacterial cellulose powder, 5-10% chitosan, 1.5-7.5% sinomenine, 2.5-8.0% panax notoginseng saponins, 10-15% gel, 3-10% ternary composite penetration enhancer eucalyptus oil, 0.75-1.5% ostrich oil and 2-5% N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone; an immediate-release component comprising 1.25-7.5% costus lactone, 1.25-7.5% safflower yellow pigment and 2.25-7.5% cassia twig essential oil; 0 .3-1.9% composite crosslinking agent; 10-20% humectant and remaining is purified water. USE - The health care patch is useful for promoting blood circulation, relieving muscle soreness and providing analgesia and anti-inflammatory effects. ADVANTAGE - The health care patch exerts a long-term analgesic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the health care patch involving (1) preparing nano bacterial cellulose powder by adding 50 -75% bacterial cellulose, 5 -10% sodium hydroxide and 5 -15% urea to purified water, stirring at 30-80degrees Celsius and 100-200 rpm/min, or using ultrasonic oscillation or microwave technology, where the ultrasonic power is 300-400W, microwave power is 100-300W, temperature is 30-80degrees Celsius and reaction time of ultrasonic or microwave operation is 30-90 minutes, dissolving the bacterial cellulose completely and removing bubbles, passing through 80-100 mesh sieve for product separation; performing 3 freeze-thaw cycles, freezing at -20degrees Celsius to 36degrees Celsius for 12-24hours each time, and thawing at room temperature for 6-10 hours, after the first two freeze-thaw cycles are thawed, washing the bacterial cellulose membrane material with purified water to pH 7, freeze-drying, adopting the pre-freeze temperature of -55degrees Celsius to 65degrees Celsius and pre-freezing time of 6-10 hours, partition temperature of 45-60degrees Celsius, the drying time of 24-48 hours, after the third freeze-drying, the nano-bacterial cellulose powder is obtained, (2) preparing a sustained-release gel component by adding 1.5 -7.5% sinomenine and 2.5-8% panax notoginseng saponins to 10-15% gel, adding 3 -10% ternary compound penetration enhancer eucalyptus oil, 0.75-1.5% ostrich oil and 2 -5% N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, heating at 40-60degrees Celsius and carrying out heat preservation and stirring for 0.5-1.5 hours to prepare the sustained-release gel component, (3) preparing the substrate by putting costus lactone, safflower yellow pigment and cassia twig essential oil, composite crosslinking agent and humectant into the sustained-release gel component, heating at 40-60degrees Celsius, performing heat preservation and stirring for 0.5-1.5 hours, adding 10-40% nano bacterial cellulose powder, 5 -10% chitosan and purified water, heating at 40-70degrees Celsius and stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain the substrate and (4) firstly coating a degradable backing surface with a sodium polyacrylate adhesive layer, and coating the substrate on the surface of the sodium polyacrylate adhesive layer to obtain the product.
