NOVELTY - Aniline solution is dissolved in concentrated hydrochloric acid and distilled water, sodium nitrite solution is slowly dropped, and filtered to obtain filtrate. Sodium tetrafluoroborate is added to filtrate, cooled, filtered, and rinsed to obtain diazonium salt. Graphene dispersion liquid is crushed to obtain uniform graphene dispersion liquid. Dispersion liquid and diazonium salt are added and reacted. The mixed solution is subjected to water phase film filtering, washed with distilled water, naturally-dried and vacuum-dried to obtain electroconductive graphene conductive film. USE - Manufacture of electroconductive graphene conductive film for electrical device and electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene conductive film is manufactured with favorable electroconductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 2 g Graphite, 1 g phosphorus pentoxide, 3-5 ml concentrated sulfuric acid and 1 g potassium persulfate are mixed and heated at 80 degrees C. The mixture is oxidized and heat-preserved at 75-80 degrees C for 20-40 minutes to obtain mixed solution. The solution is naturally cooled to room temperature, diluted using 15-20 ml distilled water, filtered, and washed by distilled water. 2 g Filter cake and 45-50 ml concentrated sulfuric acid are added in the mixed solution, 5-6 g potassium permanganate powder is added, and continuously stirred. The mixture is placed in 30-40 degrees C oil bath and reacted for 2 hours. 90-100 ml Distilled water is added and reaction is continued for 15 minutes. 250-300 ml Distilled water is added to stop the reaction. 30% Hydrogen peroxide is added to 5 ml reaction mixture, filtered and filter cake is washed with 250 ml hydrochloric acid solution. The filter cake is dispersed in water and graphene oxide dispersion liquid is obtained. The dispersion liquid is diluted with aqueous ammonia and distilled water, and pH is adjusted to 9-11. Hydrazine hydrate is added to the liquid, stirred and reacted at 75-95 degrees C in oil bath for 2 hours to obtain graphene dispersion liquid. 0.01 Mol aniline solution is dissolved in 3 ml concentrated hydrochloric acid and 14 ml distilled water, the temperature is reduced to 0 degrees C, sodium nitrite solution is slowly dropped, and filtered to obtain filtrate. 1.48 g Sodium tetrafluoroborate is added to filtrate, cooled to 0 degrees C or less, white precipitate is filtered, and rinsed using ice water and cold ether to obtain diazonium salt. The graphene dispersion liquid is crushed using ultrasonic crusher for 15-20 minutes to obtain uniform graphene dispersion liquid. The graphene dispersion liquid and diazonium salt are added and reacted at low temperature for 0.5-1.5 hours. The mixed solution is subjected to water phase film filtering, washed with distilled water, naturally-dried for 6-12 hours in air, and vacuum-dried to obtain electroconductive graphene conductive film.
