NOVELTY - A polycaprolactam modified cable material comprises 10-18 pts. wt. ceramic particles, 0.001-0.003 pt. wt. graphene, 12-15 pts. wt. modifier, 15-25 pts. wt. polyvinyl fluoride, 45-60 pts. wt. polycaprolactam, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. coupling agent and 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. crosslinking agent. The modifier is a mixture of polyacrylate and polybutadiene acrylonitrile. The polyvinyl fluoride has a polymerization degree of 80-180. The polycaprolactam has a polymerization degree of 1400-2000. The coupling agent is a methacryloxysilane coupling agent. The crosslinking agent is benzoyl peroxide. USE - Polycaprolactam modified cable material. ADVANTAGE - Polycaprolactam modified cable material has prolonged service life and excellent wearing resistance and processability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the polycaprolactam modified cable material, which involves: (1) treating the ceramic particles with the coupling agent; (2) coating the ceramic particles treated by the coupling agent with the modifier; and (3) uniformly mixing the coated ceramic particles with graphene, polyvinyl fluoride, polycaprolactam and crosslinking agent, and extruding the mixed mixture by an extruder to obtain the product.
