NOVELTY - Preparing powder coating comprises (a) weighing polyether ether ketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic), polyphenylene sulfide, graphene micro-sheet and zinc powder, placing into high-speed powder dispersion machine to disperse for 15 minutes, making each component disperse uniformly, (b) taking out the mixed powder, immediately melting and extruding in the extruder and cutting into small particles, controlling the extruding temperature at 380-400 degrees C, (c) naturally cooling the cut particles to normal temperature, placing at -80 degrees C ultra-low temperature freezing and grinding to fine powder and (d) placing the grinded material in the heating constant temperature drying box to dry at 120 degrees C for 6 hours, naturally cooling to normal temperature, sealing and packing to obtain the finished powder coating. USE - The method is useful for P\preparing powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: uses the graphene, which is prepared by a physical exfoliation method, with almost no defects on the surface and low cost and has high hardness, high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, environmental protection and pollution-free. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of the powder coating comprising (a) removing oil and sand for the workpiece, (b) soaking and removing rust in the pickling tank, soaking in the water washing tank by warmwater, placing into a constant temperature oven for heating and drying at 120 degrees C, (c) spraying the prepared powder coating to the surface of the workpiece by electrostatic spraying method, melting and leveling for 10 minutes at 380 degrees C and solidifying to form film, where the thickness is 20-50 mu m.
