USE - Electrode composite material used in supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation of electrode material is simple, environmentally-friendly, has high efficiency, is easy control, and can overcome poor cycle stability of existing bimetallic hydroxide material as an electrode material when applied to a super capacitor. The electrode material has high energy density and flexibility when it is made into a device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An electrode composite material comprises uniform layered nickel cobalt-layered double hydroxides with network architecture doped with graphene quantum dots on nickel foam. The electrode composite material is of formula: GQDs/NiCo-LDH. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of supercapacitor electrode composite material; and (2) preparation of asymmetric all-solid-state supercapacitor.
