DETAILED DESCRIPTION - DETAILED DESCRIPTION ? The production method of graphene/silver composite antibacterial material involves adding 2-4 g sodium nitrate in 500 ml four burn flask, adding 98% of 100-150 ml concentrated sulfuric acid, ice-cooling, reacting at the temperature less than 5 degrees C, adding 5 g dried graphite powder, stirring, mixing, vigorously stirring, slowly adding 10-20 g potassium permanganate, controlling the reaction temperature of the mixture to not exceeding 20 degrees C, completing addition, increasing the temperature of reaction mixture to 35/|3 degrees C, reacting for 100-180 minutes, completing the reaction, increasing the reaction mixture temperature to 98 degrees C, vigorously stirring, dripping 200-250 ml distilled water, adding, controlling the reaction temperature to 98 degrees C, continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding 600-800 ml deionized water to terminate the reaction, adding 30% of 30-50 ml hydrogen peroxide to remove unreacted potassium permanganate, converting the solution from brown-black to bright yellow, filtering, while hot, washing with 5% hydrochloric acid with metal ion, washing the filtrate with deionized water until sulfate-barium chloride solution is not detected, heating at 50-70 degrees C in an oven, drying, obtaining graphite oxide powder, adding 1 g graphite oxide powder to 100-200 ml deionized water, reacting for 30-45 minutes at 300-500 W power ultrasound and at the speed of 8000-10000 rpm, centrifuging for 5-8 minutes, taking out the precipitate, obtaining graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding the resulting graphene oxide dispersion liquid to silver nitrate to obtain a mixed solution, evaporating the mixed solution at 60-100 degrees C for 10-18 hours, obtaining adsorbed silver ions graphite oxyalkylene, providing silver ions adsorbed graphene oxide into a solution containing reducing agent for reduction treatment.
