NOVELTY - Graphene-based modified composite stabilizing agent comprises 100 pts. wt. adipic acid calcium, 30-60 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 1-10 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 1-5 pts. wt. polyether ethylenediamine with graphene oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorbent UV-327 and 10-20 pts. wt. hydrotalcite. USE - Graphene-based modified composite stabilizing agent for high performance wire and cable (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based modified composite stabilizing agent has improved thermal and mechanical property of wire and cable material and has good comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-based modified composite stabilizing agent, which involves : (A) mixing 100 pts. wt. adipic acid calcium, 30-60 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 1-10 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 1-5 pts. wt. polyether ethylenediamine with graphene oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorbent UV-327, 10-20 pts. wt. hydrotalcite, 1-10 pts. wt. medium hole silica, 1-10, preferably 5 pts. wt. sulfonated polyetherethylenediamine-sulfonated polyether sulfone block copolymer, 0.1-5 polyvinyl alcohol and 1-5 pts. wt. benzimidazole in high speed mixer at 50-80 degrees C with stirring for 1-10 minutes at a stirring speed of 1000-1500 revolutions/minutes; and (B) cooling to obtain graphene-based modified composite stabilizing agent.
