NOVELTY - Durable anti-virus and antibacterial liquid comprises nano silver, modified graphene, nano titanium dioxide and quaternary ammonium salt. The preparation method includes adding 70-80 wt.% water, 10-15 wt.% modified graphene nano-silver and 10-15 wt.% modified graphene into the reactor. The reactor is heated and stirred the mixed solution at a uniform speed. The nano titanium dioxide is added continuous during the stirring process. The heating temperature is lowered and the froth is continuously skimmed off until the froth disappears completely after the froth appears on the upper end of the solution. The mixed solution from which the floating foam is taken out is allowed to kept, and the quaternary ammonium salt and stabilizer are added 3 times every 1-3 hours during the standing process. The mixture is stirred at a constant speed for 10 minutes. The ultrasonic dispersion of the prepared solution is carried out to obtain an antibacterial liquid.
