NOVELTY - A polyethylene composite pipeline comprises an inner antimicrobial layer and an outer polyethylene layer. The inner antimicrobial layer comprises polyethylene resin, nano silica, nano titania, nano zinc, modified graphene, stearic acid, calcium stearate, polyethylene wax, polyurethane resin, calcium carbonate, modified polycarbosilane, modified butyl polyacrylate, PTFE, silane coupling agent, conductive carbon black, vinyltrimethoxysilane, and pentaerythritol ester. USE - Polyethylene composite pipeline (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene composite pipeline has excellent mechanical property, pressure resistance, impact resistance, and wear resistance (improved by more than 10% when compared with silica pipeline), water permeability reduced by more than 5%, and excellent performance characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyethylene composite pipeline comprises an inner antimicrobial layer and an outer polyethylene layer. The inner antimicrobial layer comprises 40-80 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 20-40 pts. wt. nano silica, 12-20 pts. wt. nano titania, 5-15 pts. wt. nano zinc, 8-15 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 3-8 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 3-8 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 5-12 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 5-12 pts. wt. modified polycarbosilane, 15-30 pts. wt. modified butyl polyacrylate, 5-15 pts. wt. PTFE, 3-8 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 3-8 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 3-8 pts. wt. vinyltrimethoxysilane, and 3-8 pts. wt. pentaerythritol ester. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite pipeline, which involves stirring the raw materials in a high-speed mixer for 12-20 minutes, melting and pelletizing in a twin-screw extruder at zone (I) temperature of 140-170 degrees C and zone (II-VI) temperature of 180-220 degrees C, a machine head temperature of 250 degrees C, a main machine rotating speed of 430-500 rpm, a traction speed of 5-12 Mm/minute, and a traction pressure of 0.3-0.5 MPa.
