▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of filler involves formulating protonic acid, comonomer and graphene into homogeneous system in solution, adding initiator, and in-situ polymerizing. USE - Preparation of filler used in aqueous-based anticorrosive coating for coating on to-be-protected surface of metals e.g. Q235 steel for forming article (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes hybrid material which solves difficulty of preparing anti-corrosion coating containing polyaniline in aqueous solution, easy to agglomerate by adding graphene, has excellent water solubility, dispersibility and excellent anticorrosive properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for aqueous-based anticorrosive coating, which comprises filler, film-forming resin, curing agent and water. The mass of the filler accounts for 0.1-0.7% of the total mass of the film-forming resin and curing agent.
