NOVELTY - High color fastness polyurethane sport field surface material comprises primer layer, elastic layer and spray surface layer. The primer layer is located below spray surface layer, and elastic layer is located between primer layer and spray surface layer. The raw material of elastic layer comprises A component, B component and C component. The A component, comprises 20-30 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 10-20 pts. wt. diluent, and 70-80 pts. wt. hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer. The B component comprises 30-40 pts. wt. polycarbonate diol, 8-15 pts. wt. chain extender, 30-40 pts. wt. methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, 5-10 pts. wt. triethylamine, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. UV absorber, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant and 8-15 pts. wt. pigments. The C component comprises 0.01-0.2 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 0.01-0.3 pt. wt. carbon nanotubes, 8-15 pts. wt. epoxy acrylate, 0.2-1 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 0.01-0.05 pt. wt. photoinitiator. USE - Used as high color fastness polyurethane sport field surface material. ADVANTAGE - The high color fastness polyurethane sport field surface material: reduces the photodegradation and thermo-oxidative degradation of the surface layer material of the sports field, and thus improves the color fastness of surface layer material of the sports field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high color fastness polyurethane sport field surface material, comprising mixing filler and adhesive to obtain mixture, spraying the mixture evenly on a cement substrate, smoothening the surface and allowing to stand for solidification to obtain primer, mixing components A and B, adding additives and mixing and stirring, filling in inert gas during the stirring process, and to obtain crude polyurethane foam, adding component C, continue mixing and stirring to obtain finished polyurethane foam, flat coating the finished polyurethane foam on the surface of the substrate coat and smoothening, and curing the finished polyurethane foam to obtain an elastic layer in the elastic layer, and mixing runway special surface glue and ethylene-propylene diene monomer particles evenly, adding binder and mixing evenly, spreading it on the surface of the elastic layer and preserving uniform thickness, curing surface glue, cleaning the surface of the sprayed surface layer to complete laying of sprayed surface layer.
