▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing anode electrode paste based on graphene/carbon nanotube composite conductive agent comprises e.g. (i) dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride in N-methyl pyrrolidone solvent in stirring disperser, drying at 2000 revolution/minute, vacuum mixing to obtain polyvinylidene fluoride binder glue, (ii) mixing half disperser polyvinylidene fluoride binder glue, mixing other half of binder glue with solid content of anode electrode paste, adding N-methylpyrrolidone solvent, adding graphene/carbon nanotube composite conductive paste, and (iii) adding half of anode material. USE - The method is useful for preparing anode electrode paste based on graphene/carbon nanotube composite conductive agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation method; improves volume energy density of battery, conductivity of anode electrode material, fast charging of battery, multiplying power performance, cycle performance and safety performance of battery; and is suitable for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing anode electrode paste based on graphene/carbon nanotube composite conductive agent comprises (i) dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) in N-methyl pyrrolidone solvent in a mass percentage of 0.8-1.2% of whole solid content of anode electrode slurry in stirring disperser and drying at 2000 revolution/minute, and vacuum mixing at a speed 45 revolution/minute to obtain 1 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride binder glue, (ii) mixing half disperser polyvinylidene fluoride binder glue, mixing other half of binder glue with 50% solid content of entire anode electrode paste, adding N-methylpyrrolidone solvent, rotating at a speed of 2000 revolution/minute, vacuum stirring at a speed of 45 revolution/minute for 30 minutes, then adding graphene/carbon nanotube composite conductive paste of which the total mass percentage of graphene/carbon nanotube accounts for 0.3-0.7% of solid content of the whole anode electrode paste, rotating at a speed of 2000 revolution/minute, and vacuum stirring at a speed of 45 revolution/minute for 1 hour, and (iii) adding half of anode material, rotating at a speed of 2500 revolution/minute, vacuum stirring at a speed of 45 revolution/minute for 1-2 hours, adding half of polyvinylidene fluoride binder glue obtained in step (ii) and other half of anode material, rotating at a speed of 2500 revolution/minute/minute, and vacuum stirring at a speed of 45 revolution/minute for 2-4 hours to obtain anode electrode slurry based on graphene/carbon nanotube composite conductive agent.
