▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Continuously preparing high performance nano-carbon fiber, comprises (i) mixing the nanocarbon material with acid solution to obtain spinning solution; (ii) injecting the spinning solution into the coagulation bath to solidify, and drafting; (iii) carrying out heat treatment to obtain the nanometre carbon fiber after the drafting, where the coagulation bath redrafting operation is repeated for at least 2 times. The nanocarbon material comprises carbon nanotube, graphene, graphene oxide or fullerene and the acid solution comprises chlorosulfonic acid, fuming sulfuric acid, trifluoromethanesulfonic acid or fluorine sulfuric acid. USE - The method is useful for continuously preparing high performance nano-carbon fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts multi-stage gradient coagulation bath to form; and applies a certain drafting in the forming process, which effectively improves the performance of the nanometre carbon fiber.
