NOVELTY - A graphene/foamed metal composite material is immersed in etching solution, to obtain three-dimensional graphene. A pre-stretched elastic substrate is adhered to holder, and three-dimensional graphene is transferred to pre-stretched elastic substrate and dried. The elastomeric substrate is pre-stretched, to obtain stretchable three-dimensional graphene structure. The nano-silver particles are grown on stretchable three-dimensional graphene-based elastic substrate, to obtain three-dimensional graphene/silver nanoflower stretchable biosensor material. USE - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene/silver nanoflower stretchable biosensor material used for biomolecule detection (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A three-dimensional graphene is prepared on a foamed metal substrate, to obtain graphene/foamed metal composite material. The graphene/foamed metal composite material is immersed in etching solution, and foamed metal substrate is dissolved, to obtain three-dimensional graphene. A pre-stretched elastic substrate is adhered to holder, and three-dimensional graphene is transferred to pre-stretched elastic substrate by stamp-type transfer method and dried. The elastomeric substrate is pre-stretched along a direction or orthogonally stretched along both directions and recycled to original state, to obtain stretchable three-dimensional graphene structure. The nano-silver particles are grown on stretchable three-dimensional graphene-based elastic substrate, to obtain three-dimensional graphene/silver nanoflower stretchable biosensor material.
