NOVELTY - A thermal insulation integrated plate comprises a decorative panel and a thermal insulation plate fixedly adhered to back of the decorative panel through an adhesive. The thermal insulation plate comprises a polymerized polystyrene plate, an insulation graphite polystyrene plate and a polyurethane insulation plate from up to down fixedly adhered to each other through an adhesive. The outer surface of the thermal insulation plate is wrapped with an alkali-resistant mesh cloth. USE - Thermal insulation integrated plate for external wall of house. ADVANTAGE - The thermal insulation integrated plate is easy to use, and has simple structure, improved thermal insulation capacity, and reduced occurrence of cracking, hollowing, peeling off, and edge warping of the thermal insulation layer by wrapping the insulation plate with alkali-resistant mesh cloth. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for molding process of thermal insulation integrated plate, which involves (s1) selecting a suitable size decorative panel, polymerized polystyrene plate, thermal insulation graphite polystyrene plate, polyurethane thermal insulation plate and alkali-resistant mesh cloth, (s2) bonding the polymerized polystyrene plate, thermal insulation graphite polystyrene plate, and polyurethane thermal insulation plate to each other through the adhesive, (s3) pressing and fixing through a laminator at pressure of 0.8-1 MPa for 2-5 hours to obtain the thermal insulation plate, fixing and wrapping the alkali-resistant mesh cloth on the outside of the insulation plate, and (s4) applying an adhesive on the back of the decorative panel, pressing and fixing the plate through laminator, naturally air-drying and cooling.
