NOVELTY - Preparing polyethylene material involves selecting the ethylene raw materials and placing in the radiation chamber, irradiating the ethylene raw materials in the radiation chamber with ultraviolet rays for 3-5 hours, and the radiation produced by the extruder ethylene extrusion, putting polyethylene material into the reaction kettle, heating and melting polyethylene through the reaction kettle, and adding auxiliary materials to the reaction kettle raw material, adding auxiliary materials to the polyethylene solution, stirring polyethylene after adding the auxiliary materials, so that the auxiliary materials is fully mixed with the polyethylene, and auxiliary materials are added to the polyethylene solution. The auxiliary agents are added to ethylene. The polyethylene is extruded through an extruder, and the middle output of the extruder has a cable, so that the polyethylene is extruded and bamboo fiber is added to the polyethylene during extrusion.
