NOVELTY - Manufacture of high-comfort multifunctional textile fabric involves immersing fabric in treatment bath (A) obtained by adding a crosslinking agent to a dispersion containing graphene oxide, pyridine quaternary ammonium salt cationic softener, and nano-titanium dioxide particles, heating at 70-90 degrees C for 0.5-1.5 hours, curing at 120-140 degrees C for 10-14 minutes, preparing beta -cyclodextrin-chitosan, preparing a treatment liquid (B) containing 60-80 g/L citric acid, 1.5-2.5 g/L beta -cyclodextrin-chitosan, 45-55 g/L sodium hypophosphite and 20-30 g/L triethanolamine, padding the fabric with obtained liquid at bath ratio of 1:95-105, treating at 70-90 degrees C for 4-6 min, heating at 160-180 degrees C for 2-4 minutes, washing with cold water until neutral, washing with hot water at 50-70 degrees C for 8-12 minutes, washing with hot water, removing unreacted beta -cyclodextrin-chitosan, rinsing with cold water, drying at room temperature, treating with lavender essential oil and drying. USE - Manufacture of high-comfort multifunctional textile fabric for smart textiles. ADVANTAGE - The fabric having excellent flexibility, photocatalytic effect, self-cleaning effect, antibacterial effect, ultraviolet shielding effect and electroconductive effect, comfort and health care functionality can be produced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of high-comfort multifunctional textile fabric involves washing a plain cotton fabric with an aqueous solution containing 0.8-1.2 g/L high-carbon fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and 18-22 g/L sodium carbonate at 90-100 degrees C with bath ratio of 1:45-55 for 50-70 minutes, drying at room temperature to a water content of 0.5-1.5%, washing the fabric with boiling water 4-6 times, washing with cold water to remove surface contaminants, bleaching, washing, treating with sodium hydroxide solution, treating the fabric with ammonium chloroacetate solution, baking, washing with distilled water, drying, uniformly mixing phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid and natural graphite, adding potassium permanganate, stirring in an ice bath, reacting at 45-55 degrees C, reacting with hydrogen peroxide at room temperature, centrifuging 3 times, removing upper layer liquid, adding distilled water, ultrasonically processing, freeze-drying to produce powdered graphene, mixing 0.12-0.4 wt.% graphene oxide, 3-5 wt.% pyridine quaternary ammonium salt cationic softener, and 1-2 wt.% nano-titanium dioxide particles, ultrasonically processing at 45-55 degrees C for 50-70 minutes to produce an aqueous dispersion, adding Fixapret (RTM: crosslinking agent) to the dispersion having solid-liquid ratio of 1:19-21, adding a magnesium chloride hexahydrate catalyst at a solid-liquid ratio of 1:99-101, uniformly mixing to obtain a treatment bath (A), immersing the dried fabric in the treatment bath (A) at bath ratio of 1:98-102, heating at 70-90 degrees C for 0.5-1.5 hours, curing at 120-140 degrees C for 10-14 minutes, adding dimethyl sulfoxide and isopropanol to beta -cyclodextrin, sequentially adding epichlorohydrin and sodium hydroxide solution, adding chitosan, stirring at room temperature, filtering, washing, drying to obtain beta -cyclodextrin-chitosan, preparing a treatment liquid (B) containing 60-80 g/L citric acid, 1.5-2.5 g/L beta -cyclodextrin-chitosan, 45-55 g/L sodium hypophosphite and 20-30 g/L triethanolamine, padding the fabric with obtained liquid at bath ratio of 1:95-105, treating at 70-90 degrees C for 4-6 min, heating at 160-180 degrees C for 2-4 minutes, washing with cold water until neutral, washing with hot water at 50-70 degrees C for 8-12 minutes, washing with hot water, removing unreacted beta -cyclodextrin-chitosan, rinsing with cold water, drying at room temperature, adding 5-8 wt.% lavender essential oil to ethanol solution, immersing the cotton fabric in oil solution to absorb lavender essential oil for 20-28 hours, and drying at room temperature.
