NOVELTY - The method involves sensitizing a semiconductor film electrode in a dye-sensitized solar cell as a working electrode assembly to a dye by using graphene oxide solution film as an electrode, and forming a graphite film on a surface of a conductive substrate by electrochemical reduction reaction process. Graphene oxide solution is prepared by using graphene oxide as raw material and dispersing in a solvent, where concentration of graphene oxide in the graphene oxide solution is 0.1-10 milligram per milliliter. Oxidized graphite alkene solution is added on the conductive substrate. USE - Method for preparing a photoelectric reducing graphene film based on conductive substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing simple technique and achieving large-scale industrial production. The method enables the prepared graphene film to have rich raw material, better transmission performance, high catalytic activity, and can replace platinum counter electrode with high activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene film comprising an electronic structure.
