▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Macromolecular bacteria control foaming material comprises 66-75 pts. wt. natural rubber, 17.5-23 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer, 9-11 pts. wt. nano active medium, 2.4-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1.2-1.7 pts. wt. mildew and bacteria-control agent, 1.7-2.1 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1.4-1.7 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 1.6-1.9 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2.3-2.8 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. foaming agent, where the mildew and bacteria-control agent is BASF B5000 (RTM: Silver-zinc zeolite) antibacterial agent. The polyolefin elastomer is a mixture of Dow's POE8999 (RTM: Polyolefin elastomer resin) polyolefin elastomer, POE8150 (RTM: ethylene-octene copolymers) polyolefin elastomer, and POE7467 (RTM: Ethylene-octene copolymers) polyolefin elastomer. The crosslinking agent is a mixture of dicumyl peroxide, 1,1-di(tert-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane and zinc dimethacrylate. The graphene is graphene oxide edge. USE - Macromolecular bacteria control foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The foaming material has excellent antibacterial and anti-mildew effect, high tensile strength, large elongation at break and excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the foaming material, involving (a) feeding natural rubber into an internal mixer, mixing at a temperature of 145-148 degrees C for 13-15 minutes, discharging and storing the natural rubber at room temperature for more than 48 hours, (b) feeding the prepared natural rubber with polyolefin elastomer, nano active medium, graphene, mildew and bacteria-control agent, zinc oxide, zinc stearate and stearic acid into the internal mixer, mixing at 82-86 degrees C for 10-14 minutes, smelting at 105-108 degrees C for 10-12 minutes, adding crosslinking agent and foaming agent, mixing at 118-122 degrees C for 9-12 minutes and discharging to obtain an internal mixing rubber mixture, (c) feeding the mixed rubber mixture into an open mill, thinning the mixture on an open mill for 2-4 times and discharging to obtain an open rubber mixture, and (d) feeding the open mill mixture into a mold for hot-pressing foaming, cooling and forming, and cutting to obtain the finished product.
