▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Antifreeze repairable conductive double network polymer is an interpenetrating network structure formed by a first network and a second network. The first network is a polymer backbone formed by thermal ring-opening polymerization of monomers containing disulfide bonds and groups that can form hydrogen bonds, and the side chain carboxyl groups form hydrogen bonds for cross-linking. The second network is a polymer network structure formed by polyol polymers and boron compounds. USE - Antifreeze repairable conductive double network polymer for low temperature sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The antifreeze repairable conductive double network polymer has low temperature compression and torsion elasticity, electrical conductivity and self-repairing properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an antifreeze repairable conductive double network polymer, which involves: (A) using a material containing carboxyl groups or modified with hydroxyl groups as conductive fillers, ultrasonically dispersing the conductive fillers in a mixture of water and organic solvents to obtain a conductive dispersion; (B) adding a monomer containing a disulfide bond ring and a group that can form a hydrogen bond into the conductive dispersion; (C) raising temperature is raised to 70-90 degrees C and stirring for 1-5 minutes to form a single network polymer solution; (D) adding polyol polymer to the single network polymer solution, and stirring for 2-4 hours at a stirring speed of 500-800 radians/minute; (E) adding boron compound, heating to 70-90 degrees C and stirring under this condition for 1-2 hours to obtain double network polymer solution; and (F) anti-freezing and repairable forming of conductive double-network polymer, where storing double-network polymer solution at (-20)-40 degrees C for 10-60 minutes to crystallize the polyol polymer and obtain the antifreeze and repairable conductive double-network polymer.
