▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion graphene composite conductive copper paste comprises taking 20-80 wt.% passivated copper powder, 0.1-10 wt.% graphene, 1-30 wt.% polymer resin, 1-15 wt.% curing agent, 10-60 wt.% solvent and 0.1-20 wt.% functional auxiliary agent, mixing and dispersing the components of the slurry by sufficient stirring, and performing three-roller grinding, etc. to form a uniform slurry, where after 6 hours of salt spray test (5 wt.% sodium chloride solution, 35°C), the resistance change rate is less than 10%. USE - The copper paste is used in printed circuits, sensors and electromagnetic shielding (claimed), and anti-oxidant screen printing anti-corrosion. ADVANTAGE - The copper paste has good oxidation resistance, can be cured at 110-150°C in the air environment, the curing time is 5-30 minutes, and after curing to form excellent conductive circuit.
