NOVELTY - Lanolin steering wheel protecting layer sheathing material comprises lanolin, graphene oxide, hydrazine hydrate, poly- epsilon -caprolactone diol, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, trifluoropropyl methyl cyclotrisiloxane, tetramethyldisiloxane, 95-98% sulfuric acid, toluene diisocyanate, 10-14 pts. wt. butyl acetate, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, 0.6-1 pts. wt. 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, 1-2 pts. wt. N-salicylanilide, 6-8 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. calcium naphthenate, 3-4 pts. wt. polyisobutylene and 4-7 pts. wt. wollastonite powder. USE - Used as lanolin steering wheel protecting layer sheathing material. ADVANTAGE - The sheathing material improves density and stability of the finished product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Lanolin steering wheel protecting layer sheathing material comprises 4-5 pts. wt. lanolin, 10-13 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, 170-180 pts. wt. poly- epsilon -caprolactone diol, 5-6 pts. wt. octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 2.5-3 pts. wt. trifluoropropyl methyl cyclotrisiloxane, 0.8-1 pts. wt. tetramethyldisiloxane, 0.1-0.15 pts. wt. 95-98% sulfuric acid, 120-130 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 10-14 pts. wt. butyl acetate, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, 0.6-1 pts. wt. 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, 1-2 pts. wt. N-salicylanilide, 6-8 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. calcium naphthenate, 3-4 pts. wt. polyisobutylene and 4-7 pts. wt. wollastonite powder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of lanolin steering wheel protecting layer sheathing material comprising (i) taking 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, adding 5-6 times N,N-dimethylformamide, stirring and dissolving to obtain dissolving liquid, (ii) taking graphene oxide, adding 100-120 times deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 3-5 minutes, adjusting pH to 10-12, adding dissolving liquid, stirring, mixing for 20-30 minutes, adding hydrazine hydrate, reacting at 76-80 degrees C for 20-24 hours, washing with deionized water and acetone until neutral and drying to obtain modified graphene, (iii) taking lanolin, adding 4-6 times absolute ethanol, stirring, adding N-salicylanilide, stirring at 50-60 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, adding polyisobutene, heating in an oil bath at 90-100 degrees C for 3-5 minutes and cooling to obtain lanolin alcohol solution, (iv) taking 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, adding 15-17 times 30-40% ethanol solution, uniformly stirring, polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, stirring at 60-70 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, cooling, mixing with lanolin alcohol solution, adding 3-5% tetramethyldisiloxane, and stirring at 600-1000 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes to obtain modified lanolin, (v) taking wollastonite powder, adding 3-6 times deionized water, adding calcium naphthenate and modified lanolin, mixing for 1-2 hours, filtering and drying to obtain lanolin modified stone powder, (vi) taking octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and tetramethyldisiloxane, mixing, stirring at 30-40 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, adding 95-98% concentrated sulfuric acid, heating to 50-60 degrees C, adding trifluoropropyl methyl cyclotrisiloxane, stirring for 4-5 hours, cooling to room temperature, adjusting pH to 6-7 and filtering to obtain a fluorine-containing polysiloxane, and (vii) mixing poly- epsilon -caprolactone diol, stirring, adding butyl acetate, stirring at 60-65 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, adding toluene diisocyanate, modified graphene and lanolin modified stone powder, reacting under nitrogen atmosphere at 80-85 degrees C for 3-4 hours, filtering and drying.
