NOVELTY - Preparing nickel/nickel oxide modified nitrogen-doped graphene material involves preparing graphite oxide; preparing graphite oxide ethanol dispersion; preparing graphite oxide/nickel phthalocyanine powder; and adding the phthalocyanine powder into ceramic boat, heating at the vacuum degree of less than 0.10 MPa in quartz tube, and adding the argon gas to normal pressure, continuously introducing argon gas, and raising temperature, and annealing, cooling the ceramic boat furnace, and collecting the nickel/nickel oxide modified nitrogen-doped graphite material. USE - For preparing nickel/nickel oxide modified nitrogen-doped graphene material (claimed) used in fuel cell, photo-catalytic, biological catalysis, and super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and low cost; provides high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nickel/nickel oxide modified nitrogen-doped graphene material involves preparing graphite oxide: placing a container in ice water bath, pouring into concentrated sulfuric acid, 3 g crystalline flake graphite powder, 1.5 g to sodium nitrate into the flask, stirring equally, and then cooling for 3 hours, adding 9 g potassium permanganate (KMnO4) to the mixed solution, stirring them uniformly, keeping the temperature of the reaction system at 20 degrees C, then keeping the container in an oil bath pan container at 35 degrees C for 2 hours, adding de-ionized water, adding the diluted hydrogen peroxide to obtain the bright yellow solution, filtering the reactant, washing by 10% hydrochloric acid and distilled water until the pH value is neutral, filtering, dialyzing to obtain sticky solid drying, grinding to obtain solid graphene oxide; dispersing oxidized graphite: weighing 60-100 mg the graphite oxide, taking out 300-500 ml absolute ethyl alcohol, dispersing by using conventional ultrasonic cleaner at 40 kHz and 100 W at 25 degrees C for 5 hours to form graphite oxide ethanol dispersion; preparing graphite oxide/nickel phthalocyanine compound: weighing 60-100 mg phthalocyanine nickel, and mixing with graphene oxide ethanol dispersion, then adding the mixed solution in the oven, drying at 80 degrees C to the sample is completely dried, taking out beaker, scraping reactant, putting into a mortar adequately grinding to obtain graphite oxide/nickel phthalocyanine powder; preparing nickel/nickel oxide modified nitrogen-doped graphite material: adding the graphite oxide/nickel phthalocyanine powder into ceramic boat, transferring the boat into quartz tube for heating at the vacuum degree of less than 0.10 MPa, and adding the argon gas to normal pressure, repeating for three times, where the quartz tube has no obvious oxygen remaining, continuously introducing argon gas, and raising temperature at rate of 10 degrees C/minute to 800-1000 degrees C, and annealing for 1 hours, after annealing turning off the power, cooling the ceramic boat furnace to the room temperature, stopping, taking out porcelain boat, and collecting the nickel/nickel oxide modified nitrogen-doped graphite material.
