NOVELTY - Skid-proof wearable vehicle tire rubber comprises 20-40 pts. wt. natural rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 12-19 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene rubber, 1.3-2.6 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 6-15 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 5-12 pts. wt. nano silicon carbide, 7-13 pts. wt. carbon black, 3-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. tackifier, 2-6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 3-8 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, and 5-9 pts. wt. accelerator. USE - Skid-proof wearable vehicle tire rubber. ADVANTAGE - The skid-proof wearable vehicle tire rubber is safe, cost effective, has wearproof performance, better use value and prolongs the service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing skid-proof wearable vehicle tire rubber, which involves: (A) mixing natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, and ethylene propylene diene rubber into mixer, and mixing for 5-10 min, raising the temperature to 80-90 degrees C, adding graphene oxide, and mixing for 5-10 minutes to obtain the product first; (B) adding nano titanium dioxide into the obtained product first and then adding nano silicon carbide and zinc oxide at 120-135 degrees C, continuously mixing for 3-8 minutes to obtain product second; and (C) cooling the product second to 80-90 degrees C, stirring while adding carbon black, tackifier, antioxidant, and mixing for 10-15 minutes, then adding vulcanizing agent and accelerator, vulcanizing for 1-2 hours, and then extruding and granulating to obtain final product.
