NOVELTY - A halogen-free flame-retardant-antistatic-stabilizer composition comprises component (A) containing 40-70 wt.% surface-modified piperazine pyrophosphate and/or surface-modified piperazine pyrophosphate polymer, component (B) containing 25-35 wt.% phosphorus-containing accelerator, component (C) containing 0.1-14 wt.% antistatic agent, component (D) containing 0-10 wt.% nano-dispersing agent, component (E) containing 0-5 wt.% hydrophobic additive, component (F) containing 0-5 wt.% light stabilizer, and component (G) containing 0-5 wt.% high wear-resistant additive. USE - The halogen-free flame-retardant-antistatic-stabilizer composition is useful for preparing polyethylene composite material (all claimed) in mining application. ADVANTAGE - The halogen-free flame-retardant-antistatic-stabilizer composition provides polyethylene composite material, which meets UL94 V-0 level and has smooth appearance, and excellent light aging resistance, wear resistance, and physical properties, which can meet the requirement of composite material standards in the mining field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a halogen-free flame-retardant-antistatic polyethylene composite material, which includes 2-55 wt.% halogen-free flame-retardant-antistatic-stabilizer composition, and 45-98 wt.% polyethylene; and (2) preparation of the halogen-free flame-retardant-antistatic polyethylene composite material, which involves (1) mixing the components of halogen-free flame-retardant-antistatic-stabilizer composition at high speed, (2) adding polyethylene to the obtained composition, and mixing at high speed to obtain a homogeneous mixture, and (3) kneading and extruding the obtained mixture.
