NOVELTY - Fireproof powder coating comprises 40-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 15-25 pts. wt. polyester resin, 1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. benzoin, 20-25 pts. wt. ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 13-15 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 13-15 pts. wt. melamine, 5-10 pts. wt. pigment, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 3-5 pts. wt. smoke suppressant. USE - As fireproof powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The fireproof powder coating ensures intumescent flame retardant effect, and appearance quality of the coating film and improves the heat resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the fireproof powder coating involving pulverizing the raw materials to 100-200 mesh, uniformly mixing, melting and extruding, pulverizing to 200-300 mesh, and sieving to obtain the product.
