NOVELTY - The device has a four-layer structure that is followed by the first layer (1), the second layer (2), the third layer (3) and the fourth layer (4). The first layer is transparent conductive glass, and the third layer is zinc mesh or galvanized metal mesh. The transparency is 50 percentage to 99 percentage. The fourth layer is transparent non-conductive glass and is used to place the third layer. The second layer is a cavity for containing electrolyte. The electrolyte is a zinc hydroxide-complex ion electrolyte formed by a complex reaction between zinc salt or zinc oxide and a strong base, and the first layer and the third layer are connected with wires. The concentration of zinc ions in the electrolyte preparation raw material is 0.08-1M before the complexation reaction. The concentration of zinc ions in the electrolyte preparation raw material is 0.1M. The inner diameter of the zinc mesh or galvanized metal mesh is 1-1000 mum, and the mesh is 5-300 mesh.
