The electrolyte is a zinc hydroxide-complex ion electrolyte formed by a complex reaction between zinc salt or zinc oxide and a strong base, and the first layer and the third layer are connected with wires. The concentration of zinc ions in the electrolyte preparation raw material is 0.08-1M before the complexation reaction. The concentration of zinc ions in the electrolyte preparation raw material is 0.1M. The inner diameter of the zinc mesh or galvanized metal mesh is 1-1000 mum, and the mesh is 5-300 mesh.
