NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/aqueous polyurethane acrylate composite emulsion comprises 10-20 pts. wt. vinyl monomer, 5-10 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 10-20 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 1-5 pts. wt. hydrophilic chain extender, 0.5-1 pt. wt. internal cross-linking agent, 1.5-4 pts. wt. basic neutralizing agent, 0.02-0.05 pt. wt. polymerizable surface-active monomer, 0.1-0.7 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5-1 pt. wt. water-soluble initiator, 1-2 pts. wt. external cross-linking agent and 3-10 pts. wt. film-forming aid. USE - Graphene oxide/aqueous polyurethane acrylate composite emulsion used in preparation of anticorrosive coating for polished metal surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite emulsion can effectively improve the heat resistance, salt spray resistance and corrosion resistance on the coating surface. The preparation method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide/aqueous polyurethane acrylate composite emulsion, which involves (i) adding 10-20 pts. wt. vinyl monomer, 5-10 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 10-20 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 1-5 pts. wt. hydrophilic chain extender and 0.5-1 pt. wt. internal cross-linking agent, and reacting at a constant of 75-85 degrees C for 2-3 hours, (ii) adding 1.5-4 pts. wt. functional vinyl monomer blocking agent to the reaction system, performing stirring reaction, maintaining the reaction system at 75-85 degrees C, adding 1.5-4 pts. wt. basic neutralizing agent, carrying out neutralization reaction for 0.5 hours, adding 60-70 pts. wt. containing 0.02-0.05 pts. wt. polymerizable surface-active monomer and 1-10 pts. wt. aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide, stirring and dispersing at a constant temperature of 75-85 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, (iii) continuously dripping 20 pts. wt. aqueous solution containing 0.5-1 pt. wt. water-soluble initiator at a constant temperature of 75-85 degrees C, and reacting for 1.5 hours while dripping 1-2 pts. wt. external cross-linking agent to the reactor for 0.5 hour, and continually heating for 1 hour and cooling to room temperature, then adding 3-10 pts. wt. film forming aid, stirring evenly to obtain oxidized graphene modified aqueous polyurethane acrylate composite emulsion.
