▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Improving performance of carbon-based cathode material of sodium ion battery comprises (i) performing pre-oxidation treatment of soft carbon precursor, adding the soft carbon precursor or soft carbon precursor with oxidation catalyst under the air atmosphere at 200-350degrees Celsius for 0.5-5 hours, (ii) mixing the pre-oxidized soft carbon precursor and hard carbon precursor according to mass ratio of 1: (1-0.02) to form a mixture material, where in the mixing process performing a crosslinking reaction on the soft carbon precursor and the hard carbon precursor, (iii) placing the obtained mixed material into a high temperature carbonization furnace and processing for 2-9 hours at 1000-1600degrees Celsius under the inert atmosphere at high temperature, and (iv) cooling the high temperature processing product to room temperature to obtain the amorphous carbon material. USE - The carbon-based cathode material of sodium ion battery is useful in cathode pole piece. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high capacity, energy density, stable circulation performance and safety performance; and the method is simple and economical.
